The show airs weekly at 2 p.m. Cowan led the beginnings of Local First Arkansas, which is a support organization for independent business in the state. Local First was a direct result of the connections and relationships formed from Legends of Arkansas and has over 100 active business members.“I am a founding member, event planner and executive director of LoA Inc,” Cowan said. “We formed this organization to help educate our community on how easy it can be to live local and shop small.”
