In 2011, the Visions of Leadership Seminar explores "Agility and Sense of Purpose" to analyze and understand how organizations keep and develop a sense of purpose for themselves and their employees while developing an agility that the markets and their development require. From March 21-25, this seminar was a concentration of attention, energy, thoughts and actions to create new insights and discoveries about global leadership. Addressing 400 HEC (MBA & Grande Ecole) and Les Mines students as well as alumni and corporate representatives, this seminar is part of a unique pedagogy of leadership led by HEC Paris.
