A little about me, I am a marine corps veteran from 05 to 09. A past commander for my local V.F.W. I  recently have been awarded with Mission 22 ambassador of the month.   I wanted to start a podcast that will showcase what it truly takes and means to be a veteran these days. As many know every veteran goes through months of training to do their job in uniform. When its time to EAS they only get a few weeks at best to rejoin the civilian life. Unfortunately this is the time we lose some of our 22 a day. Our veterans and Servicemembers over time have put a stigma on reaching out for help in their time of need. So that's where I got the idea of starting a podcast. 

Each episode I have a new guest who talks about their life before, during and after the military. Most veterans miss the camaraderie and some veterans never find it again. I like talking to other veterans who battle these feelings and how they over come it. The last part of my show I talk about the 22 a day. I open up to my guest about how I won that fight myself and hit that reset button on life.
