Hello Friends,

This week, I had to travel out of town to go to the dentist and I was so excited — not about the appointment, sorry dentist! — but because I had a separate mission. The place we stay when we go down there is right above a rock shop, and I was sure that was where I would meet the clear quartz that was meant to be my Reiki crystal.

A few weeks ago, I received my Reiki 1 attunement from my dear friend Charlotte, and she gave me some really good advice on choosing the right stone. When I went to the rock shop, though, I’m pretty sure my crystal chose me! I share the story of meeting this friend, and two other friends too, in this week’s episode. I hope you enjoy listening!
