Let’s be real; we have busy lives and it is easy to be swept away with obligations and distractions.  We need anchors.  We need to be grounded and aware of what matters; what we value and what reflects our true self so we can live a life that aligns with who we are.

This week Kristen shares her 10 Commandments to living a life where you are grounded in who you are, aware of what matters, and fertilizing a path to feeling fulfilled and thriving.

10 Commandments:

1. Live with Presence
2. Foster curiosity
3. Be aware of challenges and fears AND possibility and love
4. Commit to time with those you love
5. Seek opportunity (instead of waiting for luck or fortune)
6. Get out of your comfort zone
7. Fertilize and grow a path to the life you desire
8. Act on what is beneficial and advantageous to you
9. Believe in the possibilities; not confined to limitations
10.  See and seek what is out there in this great big world

Rebirth is available to all of us; we must be willing to grow and transform at each stage of our life.
