On this episode I interview the legendary Dr. Kelly G. Wilson. I say legendary because his story of transformation is incredibly hope generating, and his warmth, groundedness, and general love is something that many hear about before they meet him. More recently I also learnt that Kelly is also a yoga practitioner and has even participated in a yoga teacher training to deepen his practice. Yoga is a practice that fits in with his First Medicine model of wellbeing, which he shares with you in this interview.

I think you will find this episode incredibly useful in understanding the difficulties that we humans have in engaging in the healthful and heartful behaviour that we ‘know’ is good for us. Kelly offers some brilliant tips and tricks to support you kindly and non-judgmentally engaging in the behaviours that align with creating your version of a meaningful life. In fact, the wisdom Kelly shares is so detailed that we have split it into two episodes to give you some time to reflect and to offer a natural resting point in the conversation.
