The Momentum Replay Series replays our top episodes so that you have the chance to catch episodes you missed, and refresh on others. The idea is to support you more regularly as you take charge of 2023 (through whatever challenges may arise). Here's to health, wealth and wisdom on this heartfelt path of yours.

In this episode I continue the interview of episode six with the wise Dr. Kelly G. Wilson. This episode is so heart centred. In fact, the underlying theme of it is to simply act with love. To step back from the discipline and challenge mentality, find a place where you can enjoy real foods, social nutrients and moving your body as a kindness.

This episode is particularly heartwarming as Kelly talks you through the process of ‘thinking of someone you love like crazy’ and connecting in a simple manner via an SMS, as well as offering you parents a beautiful meditation developed by Dr. Emmie Hebert and some words of wisdom on child-directed play. If you have not already, I highly recommend reading this brilliant book chapter that Kelly wrote, Living Well as the First Medicine: Health and Wellness in the Modern World.

What is covered in this episode:

>> The link between chronic toxins and chronic illness

>> The process of letting ‘someone you love like crazy’ be your muse to loving action

>> Why small things and habits matter

>> Stepping back from discipline and challenges to gifts and kindnesses

>> The art of 5-second running

>> Social hostility sensitivity, and how to care for yourself

>> The true inventors of Crossfit (hint: the are very small and wise little people!)
