In this episode I interview Dr. Laura Koniver, MD, author of The Earth Prescription. Dr. Koniver describes how we never question plugging in our phones when their battery is running low, and yet, so many of us run ourselves into the ground before we stop for a recharge. >>How even just a pinky finger off the edge of a mat, touching a blade of grass, while we’re doing yoga outside can be grounding
