Awareness only gets you so far you must take action!

What I have learned:

1. Very tough week! - Gotta find ways to motivate myself in times of depressive states.2. Just because you are aware doesn’t make your faults or flaws any different- you must take action!3. No one is me and I am not them- I can’t expect it to go either way.

What I want to work on:

1. Taking time to breathe and relax2. Allow myself to be open to the newness in a relationship3. Spend time on website and content
