When you do what brings you peace you feel a lot lighter!

What I learned1. Shame for not going home- continue to do what is best for you!2. When I get into relationship/friendship I tend to run my schedule/life around them- I have to stand my ground on the things that are important to me3. The need to be right- ego (I don’t know everything and most things I think is “right” is just opinion!

What I am going to work on this week:

1. Continuing my high expectations- hope as it is going to happen not a wishful thinking2. Spend time working on my podcast and my website3. Not making any plans Friday night
