So the idea for this episode actually came about the other day while I was getting some ideas together for that last episode on Flow states - so I was watching a talk at some biohacking conference on Youtube. And the person talking (biohacking expert; Maxillian Gotzer) mentioned how he thinks about something specific that he wants to get done the next day and he visualises it just before he goes to sleep and he says by doing this he’s letting his subconscious get to work while he’s asleep.
This got us thinking about the subconscious and Joe was actually already reading "The Power of the Subconscious Mind" by Joseph Murphy.
This episode is all about what we've learnt from this book and some other bits of research we've done - it's all about how we can harness our subconscious and work on it to improve our lives and get more out of ourselves.
