Today, our guest is Dr. Colin Zhu; he is a double board-certified family and lifestyle medicine physician and one of the cutting-edge doctors in the PlantBased Telehealth family.

In addition, he is a public speaker, podcast host of Thrive Bites, creator of the THR5 Formula and its coinciding masterclass, culinary chef, and author of Thrive Medicine: How to Cultivate Your Desires and Elevate Your Life.

His purpose has manifested into the Chef Doc website, an informational portal of resources born in 2017 out of a realization that he needed to assist others in combating chronic lifestyle-related disease and fill the deficit he recognized in medical school and medical training across the nation. 

Dr. Zhu, an Osteopathic doctor, heavily influenced by his mother, a traditional Chinese medical doctor, is combining the qualities of compassion and holism with the healing benefits of a whole foods plant-based diet to assist people in reaching higher states of health.
