Keary is an osteopathic physician board certified in Family Medicine; she is a diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine and the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine. She is a certified yoga instructor, pranayama educator, and certified in plant-based nutrition through Cornell and medical nutrition therapy from Columbia University.
Dr. O'Connor has been an avid athlete most of her life, and she is passionate about promoting a WFPB diet and lifestyle medicine because she has seen the benefits in her own life and the lives of her patients.
