In the episode, I am welcoming back Liz and BJ to the show.

Liz is Yogitriathlete’s run coach. She has been running for over 40 years, coaching for more than five years, and on YogiTriathlete's coaching team since 2020. BJ, co-founder and head coach of Team YogiTriathlete has focused on the sport of triathlon for the past 18-years. He recently qualified for the Ironman World Championship in Kona at Ironman Couer d'Alene. So we have lots of experience in the house for this episode, and we hope you find great value in the content.

In this episode, we discuss:

- telltale signs that you need nutrition- training for Everesting- building strength through the chosen sport- one element to becoming a better runner- type of athlete who benefits from a coach- how to know if an athlete is not trusting themself- the race that is hunting Liz down- elements of a good taper- slowing down pace without losing form- mentors and most "proud of" moments- pushing limits- the work no one wants to do

Namaste-Jess
