Hello!

Are you ready to feel good more often? Then this episode is for you. Today I talk about one of the most powerful tools we all have access to any time we want. Intention setting. It's a term we have all heard, but no one really explains what it actually is or why it is so important.

Intention setting is one of the most empowering things you can do for your self. It switches you from a casual observer of your life and puts you in the driver seat. Once you get the idea, its incredibly simple. Basically all intention setting is, is bringing yourself into the moment and focusing on how you want to feel. "Today I will look for reasons to feel good and I will find them." "Today I will complete my tasks and feel joyful and balanced." "This week I will make smart choices with my food and feel light, sexy and energetic". The key is focussing on the desired FEELING you want. The best time to intention set is at the beginning of the day. You can add it in to your meditation, make it a mantra, tag it on to your gratitude statements, what ever works best for you. They can be broad, specific, daily, weekly, yearly, there is no limit. Just do it!

Tips to make it easier:

  1. Write them down. Some people like a journal, I prefer a sticky note so I can see them. What ever you prefer.
  2. Keep it simple, positive, and make sure its about the FEELNG you want to achieve,
  3. Be as clear as you can.
  4. Close your eyes and visualize your intention and let youself feel it as if it is already a reality. Smile
