Today we are diving into the commonly talked about topic of self care. Initially I wasn't planning on doing a series, but after recording I feel like we need a series describing these areas of self care. 

Long are the days of "frilly" bubble bath, spa days, and pedicures with your girlfriends as the only form of self care.
