We are Maggie & Sally - a Holistically Fit Specialist and a Holistic Lifestyle Coach & Registered Holistic Nutritionist.

10 years ago Sally was stressed out, exhausted and busy with 4 young children. Maggie was a frazzled entrepreneur with 2 young children.

5 years ago Sally gave herself a life makeover and opened up her business Holistically Fit and 3 years ago Maggie decided to go back to school and study holistic nutrition and make enormous changes in her family's life.

Just 1 year ago Sally and Maggie met through a wellness organization and created Your Holistic Fit™ and we have had the most amazing journey together that we want to share with you.

We have been empowering and inspiring ever since as we share our wisdom, knowledge and skills of how to go from Surviving to Thriving™ and loving your life again.
