This podcast is garbage. Every guest the host "interviews" she has found on Tik Tok.

I enjoyed this podcast when it first came out. I have stopped listening, I find the episodes disorganized, non-sensical and trauma porn. There are never any experts on the topics she/guests are discussing just the hosts opinion. I think the host thinks she is an expert and it is very annoying.

I really enjoy this podcast, it is very informative. I like that it is independently operated.
