This should have been an audio drama... Narrative: The worldbuilding is interesting, and the themes engaging, but ultimately the story itself felt canned and recognisable. - 3/5 Production quality: The microphones worked well, but that's all there was. This story sorely needed to be an audio drama; with any sfx to lift the podcast above that of a deadpan audiobook - 2/5 Audio quality: Fine, with a few moments of poor editing and muffled noise - 3/5 Inclusivity: There were women in this story. But that's all it could muster - 1/5 Voice acting: While I liked the narrator as a narrator, she barely managed to differentiate the characters, or embue them with enough life to make them believable - 2/5 Total: 44%

Usually great voice acting. This episode has one of the worst and funniest attempt at an adult playing a child. Complete break in immersion, but it's kinda worth it for the surprise laugh you'll get.

Very interesting ideas in this one. It shows it's love of a very particular genre. Narrative - mostly interesting, sometimes tedious. 3/5 Production quality - This was their first podcast, and it shows. They have remastered it since, which helps 3/5 Audio quality - Nice quality recordings, and all quite consistent. 4/5 Inclusivity - Weak. The characters are not charicatures, but they dont reflect the diversity of reality. 2/5 Voice acting - Some great... some clearly are new to this. 3/5 Total: 60%
