Not gonna lie, I cried at Cathy's song

A very strong start! As a Hadestown fan, I loved to hear Patrick Page singing about death and hoplessness in his wonderful voice.

I love mystery, I love fiction podcasts, I love musical theatre. And this has all three!

Most holiday specials are either completely about Christmas or about a made up holiday disguised as Christmas, and I always felt a disconnect to those. The Penumbra, as it always does, exceeded my expectations in the best possible way. As a Jew, THANK YOU.

We're nearing the big showdown! January 14th can't come soon enough!!

As a The Far Meridian fan, I had missed listening to a character voiced by Eli Barraza as she talks to inanimate objects

Really liked how this episode dealt with the duality of Martin without falling into a Jekyll-and-Hyde-esque dynamic. I continue to be a big fan of how this podcast portrays loneliness a emotionally taxing yet also the ultimate comfort zone. And WOW, those ending scenarios? Boy am I worried.

Wow, is this me? I found myself strongly relating to Harry and this episode left me thinking about how, maybe, I too have impacted others for the better with little gestures and without realizing it. So excited to find out more about this wonderful world!

Loved how this episode connected this far off fictional land with the problems we're facing nowadays; projects that endanger the environment for economic purposes, two faced politicians, and scientists who wish that someone would just LISTEN TO THEM.

A good ol' tale of tragic romance, plus more characters introduced by Arcadia!

Those six weeks were a nice break, but I'm glad to be back in the apocalypse! Boy was this a heavy episode. Usually the zone statements don't get to me as much as this one did, and I LOVED the one-sided conversation aspect of it. It was good to catch up on how Basira's doing, even if she's still too hell-bent on defending Daisy; I highly doubt she will keep her promise.

This episode already establishes a great dynamic between the Station and Kass, and gives some glimpses into characters and elements that I'm guessing will be relevant later on. I'm excited to see where this goes!
