Chel walks you through a very short meditation so that you can take time for yourself no matter how busy you are and how crazy life is. I love that Chel does walk through it with you but along the way is also teaching you techniques that you can use if you prefer longer meditations or that you can keep returning to once you find which techniques work best for you. I also think it’s cool how Chel knows what you’re thinking and acknowledges it, like “I know this may be getting annoying but hang in there,” because it makes me feel like she’s been through the learning phase and knows where I’m at. Episodes average twelve minutes in length.
