In Episode One of Danny Shreds, I introduce myself and the plans I have in place for this podcast. I talk about my own 110lb weight loss journey, including why I was overweight, how I felt being overweight and what I did to lose weight.

Growing up, I was always on the 'tubbier side' and absolutely hated sports and exercise. Becoming lazy and forming bad habits with food made me gradually increase in size and weight throughout my teenage years and prevented me from doing certain things I wanted to do.

Being overweight became a part of my persona, however, in August 2018, following a handful of incidents involving my weight, I was ready to make the changes needed to my lifestyle.

In just two years, I lost over 110lbs and I'm now on the next chapter of my lifestyle change which is building muscle and strength.
