Prior to changing my lifestyle and losing weight, I had NO real knowledge of nutrition, fitness nor living a healthy life. After learning about health, exercise and weight loss and applying the knowledge to my own life, I want to share what I have learnt with you so that you can achieve your goals in a healthy and sustainable way.
