Ok so this is the first podcast I have ever listened to (I know right!?) and honestly I am blown away with this one - so wonderfully refreshing and positive (and also cannot believe how many points I could relate to)
I think something as simple as learning to love yourself, skinny or no, is so powerful and trying to achieve it is no easy feat but I have listened to just episode one feeling so positive and calm (hoorah!)
