#002: In this episode, Austin & Kat share their stories and experiences of overcoming the shadows of being bullied, being the bully, lack of self-love, unhealthy friendships, co-dependent partnerships, comparison syndrome, jealousy, projection of family beliefs, shame, guilt, and more.

Kat discusses her childhood of being bullied in school for having red hair, being betrayed in relationships, a near-death experience from an allergic reaction as well as two more near-death experiences that led her to believe that the world is a scary place. With a focus on personal growth and an optimistic mindset, she was able to see each one of these events as beneficial and discover her passions and purpose for living life.

Austin's journey of experimenting with bi-sexuality, transforming into a gamer, stealing his best friend's girlfriend, selling drugs and cheating on his girlfriend, chasing validation from others, and ultimately how he extracted his true values from these experiences into cultivating self-love, a supportive community and a life of creation.
