Today on the Full Disclosure Fitness Podcast I have a great guest – Armi Legge. I always enjoy talking to Armi, and this conversation was no exception.

Armi Legge is one of those rare guys that looks at life in the correct context. What does that mean? Well, it means that he’s willing to change, is always striving to learn, and isn’t stuck in one particular fitness dogma.

What topics do we discuss in this show? Well, we actually discuss one of my weaknesses – travel. How do you do it without losing your fitness and your discipline? We cover it.
