In this episode of the Full Disclosure Fitness Podcast I have a great conversation with “physique sculptor” Scott Tousignant. Scott is the owner of the website metabolicmasterpiece.com; and he’s one of the top fitness experts in the field today.

If you recall, Scott was my guest for episode 16. In this episode we go off the cuff a little more. I’d venture to say that this show, although less “structured”, has perhaps more vital fitness information that the last – and that’s saying a lot!

I really enjoy talking with Scott and he has became a great friend. His love for the visual aspects of altering (and improving) physiques meshes perfectly with my belief system. In layman’s terms – that means we’ve got a lot to talk about!

As Scott said we probably could have talked for 3 more hours about the intricacies of life, fitness, health, and body recomposition – but that just means there is plenty of fuel for a future show.

In this episode we discuss everything from fat loss nutrition to the movie Hellraiser (you’ll understand after you listen). Nothing is off limits. I know you’ll pick up a ton of useful info in this one!
