Good episode? Give it some love!

It’s that time again – time to answer listeners fitness, mindset, and nutrition questions!

I’ve been fielding these puppies for about two months and have quite a few great questions to get to the bottom of.

I was about to record this episode and then I thought – what could make this even more informative? The answer – add my buddy Scott Tousignant to the mix and allow him to give his opinions on these questions as well!

It turned out great. Scott and I bounce fitness topics back and forth and give two different outlooks for each topic.

I really enjoyed this format – so you might look for it again in the future. Here are a few of the things Scott and I discuss…

More specifically in this episode you’ll find out:

  • How you can “acclimate” your taste buds to enjoy nutritious food.

  • How many times a day Scott and I eat to get lean and in shape.

  • What Fitness apps make getting in shape easier and less troublesome.

  • Why higher calories and tastier choices make binging much more manageable.

  • How you can use both “flexible dieting” and “routine” to get your diet in order.

  • Why taking some time to make healthy recipes really is worth the investment.

  • The truth about If It Fits In Your Macros…

  • And much, much more.
