Although I think I understand the intention of your words on the podcast, encouraging men to not lose themselves in conformity. I work with men who are abusive and hold alot of other rigid "toxic" views. Such as women should, racial biases and the importance for men to stay away from anything that looks or feels feminine. So as I liked the spirit of your conversation I think to do it justice you really need to expand the discussion into talking about what a "real" man actually looks like and what the boundaries of not conforming to society wanting men to be weak vs understanding how to be an open and strong man without invading others personal rights.
