How to deal with your sleep problems and wake up feeling refreshed.

About half of us will experience insomnia at some stage in our lives; finding it impossible to fall asleep in the first place or suddenly waking up in the middle of the night and struggling to get back to sleep again with heart and mind racing.

While mindfulness and meditation is much more than just a magic pill, it has many beneficial side-effects. One of them is to help us have a good night’s rest. It can shorten the time it takes to get to sleep in the first place, and if you do wake up again, this short mindfulness exercise will get you back to sleep again quicker.
