I'm that guy who is always positive and uplifting. The guy who goes out of my way to make people feel good about themselves. Well I wasn't always that guy. And I went through hell to get here. I want to do a few things with this podcast. I want to share everything I've learned about healing trauma and finding peace and happiness. I want to share some of my crazy life stories.
