Dr Meg is a chartered psychologist, she discovered and developed her insights and approach to Tiny Traumas while working in academia and in clinical practice. The more we learned about this, through speaking to Meg and reading the book, it helped make sense of so many things that can undermine our self-esteem, our wellness, and our vitality.
