Welcome to the  Holistic Life Podcast Meditation Episodes

Today we will be exploring the powerful technique of tapping to release the emotions that often hold us back in life: Anger, fear, sadness, and disgust. You will be guided through this meditation to tap on specific points on our body that are closely related to Ayurvedic Marma and acupuncture points.  You may tap using your fingers or an acupressure pen.
