Welcome back listeners to the TOO BUSY TO EAT PODCAST with your host GREG ZUFFELATO! Greg had to take some time off for the show because there is a lot going on in the TOO BUSY TO EAT world. He explains, “First of all…I owe you an apology. I stopped putting out podcasts with basically no notice, just an abrupt stop and I didn’t communicate that very well. Let me explain what’ going on…” GREG’S NEW VENTURES Greg has launched a new company called BIZFIT…http://www.bizfit.us. Greg explains what it is, “It’s a corporate wellness company but we focus on making corporate athletes. It’s not just for people to get well, we want them to thrive! I have a couple of amazing partners, three partners here in Santa Barbara, CA, where I live now and it has just been an amazing adventure and they’re great guys.” TOO BUSY TO EAT NUTRITION BARS That’s right! Greg and another partner are launching three new nutrition bars. One being a protein bar, and two meal replacement bars which Greg talks about here, “There will be a protein bar which is chocolate, and there will be two different meal replacement bars or super food bars. One will be vanilla and the other will be chocolate, so you will have three choices and that is just the starting place.” The bars will be called “TOO BUSY TO EAT BARS” and they feature the highest quality protein on the market. The super food bars are vegan and gluten free and embrace the TOO BUSY TO EAT fundamental nutrition principles. TOO BUSY TO EAT THE BOOK Greg is currently in the process of writing his second book. You know all about “I Believe Weight loss”, well Greg is following that best selling book up with one properly titled “TOO BUSY TO EAT”. Greg says, “It’s going to be a guide for everyone to begin, whether you’re in my program or not. It’s for anybody that needs help getting a grasp on eating healthy, losing weight, and gaining more energy while on the run, on the go, in this non stop lifestyle that most of us live.” A NEW FORMAT FOR THE PODCAST Although the podcast has been on vacation a bit it has never left the mind of Greg Zuffelato. The podcast will never change it’s focus on nutrition and health and it will be based on those principles but it is going to turn a little “Hybrid” as Greg likes to say. He says, “I’ve been working through this and I decided to bring in a professional. Somebody that is a true podcast professional who’s going to lead these interviews and basically interview me and guide the discussion but he’s going to play the role of you…the listener.” The new host has yet to be revealed and Greg will do so after he releases a few short educational episodes to build momentum. The main role of this new host is to ask the questions of the listeners and to bring more of an educational light to the podcast. LOTS OF GREAT THINGS ON THE HORIZON
