Daya holds a master's in Sports Psychology and a Ph.D. in Neuroscience. She has the academic expertise and the experiential knowledge of being a yogi and an athlete.

She is on a mission to empower athletes to realize their greatness, attack their goals, and know fulfillment in the pursuit.
