I have been listening to Ben’s podcasts for about a year now. I love the diversity of the episodes. I am all about improving my own health and sharing the Knowledge I gain with fitness friends and family. These podcasts make it easy to stay up to date and gather new knowledge! Thanks Ben!

Best biohack/ health fitness podcast there is!
This podcast gets a little weird, but that's kind of the point. Generally has thought-provoking guests and interesting tips that are applicable to day-to-day life.
The Ben Greenfield Fitness podcast is one of the most informative podcasts in the health and fitness realm. I love hearing about all aspects of nutrition, fitness, biohacking and the like. A random, fun fact? On our second date, my boyfriend and I bonded over the fact that we both listened to Ben Greenfield and didn’t know anyone else that did at the time.
Ben is the man! Over 4 years ago, I sustained brain injuries from high school athletics. I developed severe sound sensitivity, and wore earplugs at all times for ~ 3 months. Part of my rehab was introducing auditory stimulation gradually, which included podcasts and audiobooks. My bro--also named Ben--recommended the Ben Greenfield Fitness podcast. All I had been hearing for months was, “Ben says this...Ben says that…” I found out why: I was impressed, given hope, AND my sound sensitivity improved. From neuroacoustics to Dr. Kelly Ryder’s concussion podcast, they were amazing to listen to. I was fortunate to get to ride up with my brother to see and hear Ben’s talk on (I believe) Ten Ways to Improve Your Life at Concordia University St. Paul. The talk was great, and I should dig up my old notes that I took. Afterwards, BG signed his new book Beyond Training. The first and only thing I said besides my name was… “My brother is a huge fan.” Awkward thing to say I know lol...But it was such a cool experience to meet a new hero of mine, and was amazing for my brother too, who is still a HUGE fan. (One of my alternative medicine docs is a big fan too). Kion looks great. And BG embracing and sharing his personal faith and spirituality is awesome! As a man, father, and husband, Ben seems like a great dude, who is a role model for many. One last thing I want to add is that it’s cool to see Ben grow as a person musically and creatively as well. In the past year and a half of listening to Ben Greenfield's podcasts I've educated on numerous aspects of my health that I would never have been exposed to without this podcast. Ben is a true educator and best of all leads by example. This is a great podcast and I highly recommend it.
Spends more time talking about him self then the topics. Great topics. But 90 percent is about him
My Girlfriend actually hates Ben. No not because she is jealous of him, but because of the number of times she heard me say "Ben said this" or "Ben said that" whenever i'm trying to change a certain health or lifestyle habit she's doing. I truly almost never leave reviews for anything online, but this Podcast is nothing like any other. Not only will Ben bring you the latest information and studies about everything from health and fitness, to biohacking, to stuff that you have never heard of before, but he does it in an enjoyable way, that will keep you interested and on the edge of your feet. Oh did i mention he has a great sense of humor as well. I cant begin to recommend this podcast enough. 6 Stars if I could cheers
I never leave reviews but with all that Ben Greenfield and his podcast has done for my life I figure I need to start showing more gratitude (which I also learned more about on Ben's podcast!) I have learned more than just a copious amount of Big Words from the plethora of cutting-edge content that Ben shares... but I am entertained at the same time left feeling like I am on my way to maximizing my life and health in a way that I'm not sure would have happened if it were not for this awesome podcast. Thank you from my HRV beating heart. dAn

Awesome, cutting edge information that I have used with such good results. So many resources it's like trying to drink from a fire hydrant. Love his interview style and the wide variety of topics he covers. I always come away with something actionable.
I listen to Ben's podcast almost daily! I especially love it while out on a long run. I always recommend this podcast to anyone who is interested in health and fitness. Ben has a great voice and very funny. Some of the topics are a little too "whoo whoo" for me but that is part of his business. Ben is in the trenches daily and finds the best stuff out there. Some topics are over my head but I'm slowly learning more and more. Ben is a great inspiration to both my wife and I. I can't express how this podcast has changed my life for the better! Thank you for all of your inspiration Ben
This is simply the best podcast around. It is informative, entertaining, and addicting. He goes deeper than a fitness realm. He goes beyond training ( pun intended).
I love the guests and tips that Ben is able to find. Lots of things that can be applied to daily life, and very easy to listen to and understand. Many good questions get asked as well, and there is also a fair bit of "rabbit-holing" for some interesting deep dives here and there. All in all, a well rounded podcast from a not so rounded guy!
