Always at the forefront of design business development, Birmingham City University showcased its talent and commitment to industry design in the Design City '08 Exhibition, hosted by Interiors Birmingham at the NEC. Accompanied by The University of Wolverhampton and Digital Birmingham, LUCID researched the impact of wireless technology and created innovative design solutions developed to move businesses forward through the use of mobile technology. The project explored the potential of mobile devices to deliver context aware information and produced several research demos and events such as the Flatpack Festival.
