The Be Well Project is primarily a discussion around anything and everything well-being. It’s not that easy to be well in the world today. Despite the soaring wealth of knowledge around well-being and health, people are, strangely, becoming more unwell. With 10 years in the fitness industry, it has increasingly become apparent that fitness does not always equal health, and health does not always equal well. People’s wellbeing encompasses a beautifully complex interconnection and interaction of one’s emotional stability, thought patterns, ability to love and let love in, ability to create, ability to embrace change, ability to move and function, and an ability to embrace a continuing sense of spirituality (adapted from the Alliance Institute of Integrated Medicine).This podcast desires to provide a platform to discuss, educate, and inspire people to grow towards better well-being.
