Depression is a silent monster and a subtle killer. It lurks in the shadows and strikes without warning. Or more cleverly, it hides silently and slowly scratches the life and energy out of every moment of your life.

Kellan Fluckiger have suffered from this condition for 30 years. Severely for the last 10 years. Never understanding what I had, and steeped in the shame and stigma of just needing to 'suck it up' and 'be normal', I rode the roller-coaster.
